Draft pending review. These terms describe how Cairnflow works today and have not yet been through a professional legal review.

What Cairnflow is

Cairnflow discovers public conversations through official platform APIs, scores them as leads with explainable reasons, and drafts replies for you to review. Every reply is text you copy and post yourself. No part of the product contacts anyone, and none can be configured to.

Your account

  • You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of what you tell us about your product.
  • Workspaces have owners, admins, members and viewers. Whoever owns a workspace controls its data.
  • You may not share one account between people; add them to the workspace instead.

Plans and billing

  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Quotas — campaigns, seats, visible leads — are enforced by plan.
  • Reaching a quota limits new work; it does not delete anything you already have.
  • If a payment fails, the workspace becomes read-only for spend-generating actions after a grace period, rather than being deleted.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; we do not refund part-periods by default.

Acceptable use

Using Cairnflow to spam, deceive, or evade a platform’s rules is a breach of these terms. The full rules are on the acceptable use page, and we may suspend a workspace that breaks them.

Third-party content and platforms

Content surfaced by Cairnflow belongs to its authors and the platforms it was posted on. You are responsible for complying with those platforms’ rules when you post a reply. Stack Exchange content is licensed CC BY-SA; if you reuse it, keep the attribution we display with it.

Availability and liability

Cairnflow is provided as-is while in early access. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and third-party sources can change or restrict their APIs at any time. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Ending the relationship

You can delete your account from Settings — see the privacy page for exactly what is removed and what is retained. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
